Terms & Conditions of Service

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting, purchasing, or receiving remote or on-site computer support services from Micro Aid Solutions (hereinafter "Company", "we", "us"), you (the "Customer", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not request or utilize our services.

2. Services Provided and Remote Session Consent

Our services include diagnostic scans, malware cleanup, system optimization, software installation, and configuration assistance. The Customer consents to allowing Micro Aid Solutions technicians secure, remote access to their computer systems for the duration of the diagnostics and repair session. We use encrypted AES 256-bit software to secure the link. The Customer is responsible for backup of all critical data before the session begins.

3. Service Delivery & Deemed Rendered Status

Technical support, diagnostic services, and software setups are fully consumed upon execution of the remote diagnostics session or repair call. Services are deemed fully rendered when: (a) our technician successfully accesses the device remotely and performs diagnostic checks, (b) the issue is resolved, or (c) the technician presents a resolution roadmap, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the proposed fix.

4. Explicit Payment Authorization & Anti-Chargeback Policy

A. Payment Authorization: By providing credit card, debit card, or electronic payment information to us over the telephone, through an online invoice, or on our website, you explicitly authorize Micro Aid Solutions to charge the agreed-upon amount for diagnostic services, repair packages, or subscription services. You certify that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission to charge the account.

B. No Chargeback Covenant: The Customer covenants and agrees that they will not under any circumstances file a payment dispute, credit card chargeback, or bank debit dispute for services that have been initiated or rendered. You agree that filing a chargeback without first contacting our customer service department via telephone at +1 323 805 0805 and allowing a minimum of fourteen (14) business days to investigate the issue constitutes a material breach of this contract.

C. Penalty Fee: In the event the Customer files a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with their card issuer or financial institution, and the charge is validated as authorized under these terms, the Customer agrees to pay Micro Aid Solutions a $150.00 administrative fee to cover merchant bank dispute processing costs. The Customer agrees that we may submit this Agreement to the merchant processor, bank, or court of law as binding evidence of the Customer's consent and authorization to charge the card.

5. Refund and Diagnostics Policy

All sales of diagnostic scans and tech support labor hours are final. Once our engineers initiate the remote connection, the diagnostic labor fee is non-refundable. Any adjustments, partial refunds, or service credits are issued solely at the discretion of Micro Aid Solutions management and must be requested within seven (7) days of service completion. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Micro Aid Solutions provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that (a) services will meet your exact requirements, (b) the repair will be permanent (as computers are subject to user operations and software updates post-repair), or (c) that no data loss will occur. Under no circumstances shall Micro Aid Solutions, its directors, or technicians be liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or indirect damages arising out of the remote support session.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. In the event of any billing dispute or contract conflict, the parties agree to resolve the matter via arbitration or in small claims court, rather than class actions or jury trials.
